Try this First Each Day

Be positive, think good thoughts, smile and be thankful each day. Try this, when you wake up in the morning - spend 1 minute with your eyes closed and think of 10 things you are thankful for. What this will
do is put you in a positive mood and you will automatically have a better day than what you would have. Try it out!
