Lose Weight & Help Others


Getting a little fat from super sizing your meals? Are you interested in losing some weight by consuming less calories and helping others at the same time? Well, try this all week long:
Instead of super sizing your meal, DON’T! Take the extra money that it would cost and save this amount for an entire week. At the end of the week, congratulate yourself for not consuming the extra calories and probably losing some weight. Then take the money
that you didn’t spend and donate it to a charity of your choice. One that I recommend is www.foodforthepoor.org. 97% of money goes to the people in the Caribbean and Latin America to feed them. Over $1Billion has been donated to this organization and lives are being helped.
So, try this all week long and make a difference in your health and the lives of others.
